Trevor is a master’s student whose research interests revolve around two main areas within social psychology. The first area of research that Trevor explores is group dynamics. More specifically, Trevor examines how groups cope with adversity caused by external forces or actors. The underlying frameworks that guide this research are all based primarily in the organizational behavior literature.

Trevor’s second area of research involves how individuals cope with negative affect and emotions in the workplace, specifically, and whether those coping strategies determine levels of job satisfaction.
Additional areas of interest include work motivation, workplace bullying, workplace conflict, and leader-member exchange.
