I am the senior undergraduate student in major psychology and sociology. I am interested in the psychological direction of industrial organizational psychology as well as the group dynamics. In addition, I would consider social psychology and counseling psychology would be interesting for me in terms of future direction as well. I believe that the experience in the small group and war lab would bring me more ideas of my future direction in terms of graduate program as well as future jobs. Moreover, I would be really interested in using the psychology method in real world workplace, such as come up with ideas to help people improve their leadership skills, and I would consider human resource related jobs would be a good choice for me to think about psychology and sociology.
