Mary is a masters student interested in a wide variety of topics.  She is focusing on how groups protect members when exposed to relational aggression specifically exploring the role of gender and individual trust in the group.  Before coming to the University of Oregon, Mary worked with children and adolescents with autism and anxiety in addition to toddlers with language delays.  Other research interests include tattooing, personal identity, community sociology, gerontology, social development, and peer relationships.
