Résumé

Fan is a forth year undergraduate student primarily interested in organizational development and group dynamics. She is interested in the interaction between particular organization cultue and its employees with different personalities. Furthermore, understanding how group dynamics changed by different cultural perspectives would also shed lights on studying multiethnic organizational development. Other interests include religious study (she believes psychology, religion and culture could never be seperated); Asian cultures and religions; preservation and promotion of traditional Chinese culture; hiphop dancing and psychological movie.
