After earning a BS in Microbiology, I went on to serve 4 years active duty in the Navy. Once that contract was up I sought further education in the healthcare field which lead me to UO and their psychology program. I’m currently applying to graduate school for my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology where I hope to reenter our fighting force and work with servicemembers who are dealing with the daily stressors of being overseas and away from their family as well as any and all service members who are suffering from PTSD. I hope to eventually become a professor, with a passion for knowledge it would be my great pleasure to inspire future psychologists. When I’m not studying for school I like to hit the trails with my dog, Bishop.
