Holly competed in the Oregon Crossfit Winter Games the weekend of Jan 19-20 and took second place in the Women Masters category.The final workout included jumping up on a 30-inch box ten times. Photo by Hillary Levet.
Dr. Holly Arrow took third place in the Masters category in the Oregon Summer Crossfit Games this August. She is posing with her coach Daren wearing matching bronze medal shirts (Daren also took third in his category). She is also now officially the 8th fittest woman in the world in her age category after competing in the 2012 Crossfit Games, which included a rope climbing workout.
Yasu and Shining beginning their Graduate programs on the Fall. Shining has joined Jeff Measelle's lab and Yasu has joined Dare Baldwin's lab as new masters students. Congratulations!
